This onboarding flow ensures your account is fully configured, including pricing, organization profile, billing, and payment method.

StageWhat happens
1. StartSign in / sign up, then answer a few questions about your business so LINK can recommend the right verification workflow
2. OnboardingChoose where your clients' verification results should be delivered (Email or Google Drive)
3. Billing & PaymentEnter company detail, billing contact/address, and payment method to activate your free trial
4. DoneYour account is activated β€” you're taken straight to the Dashboard, where your live trial status is shown

Once completed, your organization is fully activated and ready to run identity verification workflows.

Step-by-step onboarding flow

1

Start – Sign in and set up your workspace

Sign in or create an account using your email, Google, Apple, or ShareRing Me.

Then tell us a bit about your business so we can recommend the right verification workflow from the start:

  • Business type (Business/Merchant or Individual/Freelancer)
  • What you primarily need to verify (Identity access, KYC/AML, age eligibility, fraud prevention β€” multiple choice)
  • How your users interact with verification (self-service online, onboarding & activation, in-person at a counter)
  • Expected monthly verification volume

Click "Start trial - Activate account" to continue.

2

Onboarding – Choose your results delivery

Pick where your clients' verification results should be sent:

  • Email: results sent directly to your inbox (recommended for non-technical teams)
  • Google Drive: auto-uploaded to a folder you choose

You can change or add more delivery options later. Click "Continue" to proceed.

3

Billing & Payment – Set up billing

Enter your billing information to activate your free trial. No charge today – pay-as-you-go billing only starts automatically once your trial ends.

Fill in:

  • Company detail – organization name, customer name
  • Billing contact – billing email, phone number
  • Billing address – address line 1/2, city, country/region, zip/postal code
  • Payment method – card number, expiration date, CVC (secured by Stripe)

Agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy, then click "Start trial – Activate account" (or Skip to add billing details later).

4

Done – Account activated

πŸŽ‰ Once onboarding completes successfully, you'll see a confirmation screen:

  • 14-day free trial started
  • First 10 verifications included
  • No charge today – pay-as-you-go billing starts after your trial, and you only pay for what you use

Click "Go To Dashboard" to land on your live Dashboard, where you can track your trial status (days remaining and verifications used) at a glance.

πŸ”„ How Organization Fits Into Workflows

An organization is the core unit that owns all workflows, data, and configurations.

Key concepts

  • All workflows belong to an organization
  • API calls are authorized against the organization
  • Workflow runs and results are scoped per organization

Each workflow defines:

  • What data to collect
(e.g. identity documents, personal info, biometrics)

  • What checks to run
    (e.g. liveness, AML, document verification)

  • What decisions to make
    (conditional logic, branching)

  • Where to deliver results
    (webhooks, integrations, APIs)
